Sour Cream Butter Biscuits
Ingredients
4c Bisquick
3/4c sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
16oz sour cream (room temp)
1 1/2 blocks butter (melted)
Methods/steps
Butter a 13x9 baking pan with 1/3 of the melted butter. Reserve another 1/3 of the butter and mix the rest with all the ingredients. Pour mixture into baking pan and cover with the reserved butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
